We enjoyed rooms with a most reasonable view available. All the staff was very very nice and amicable, tackled our issues. - It was in a particularly good location to the shopping plaza.

Comfortable modern hotel located near East Jakarta, restaurant, and the train station. Perfect units with very comfortable beds and hot water showers. - the staff is very amiable and excellent at cooperating.

The location was super and great: a large supermarket and a supermarket were within walking distance. Everything was good and within 10 minutes' drive of Halim Perdanakusuma airport. Design of the rooms looked simple, rooms themselves were spacious and perfect.

I had a great stay at the Juno Jatinegara! The location was perfect, right next to a shopping mall with everything I needed. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a nice big king size bed. I loved the view from the window overlooking the garden. The hotel also provided free access to a washing machine and dryer, very convenient. I had a pleasant experience at the Juno Jatinegara and would recommend it to others.

This hotel is a great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is superb, as it is situated just beside the CityPlaza Jatinegara shopping mall, which provides a wide range of food options. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service. The rooms are comfortable, with very comfortable beds and hot water showers. The breakfast served is also delicious and satisfying.
All in all, this hotel was a pleasant stay.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We appreciated the complementary snacks and the convenience of having a laundry area on-site. the hotel's central location made it easy for us to explore the surrounding area and find nearby eateries.
The noise level at the hotel was a bit too high for us, with strange sounds coming from other rooms interrupting our sleep. we were disappointed to discover that we had been assigned a smoking room without our consent.

With lots of food options available just beside the mall, guests have plenty of choices for their meals. The staff are attentive and provide good service, ensuring that guests have a comfortable stay. The rooms are well-maintained and come with very comfortable beds and hot water showers. Plus, the breakfast provided is a nice addition to start the day.
All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory.
